Meet Our Committee Members

The Chair is responsible for running all meetings, representing the Committee to others and for the  support and encouragement of  members

As vice chair I support the chair with his responsibilities and stand in for him when needed. I am also responsible for the safeguarding of hall users.

As the treasurer I help with the Village Hall finances on a day to day basis.

As secretary to the Village Hall management committee and the trustees,
I help to manage the business of the committee: minutes of meetings, correspondence, legal compliance, policies, etc.. If you have concerns

My role is to help you with your bookings, so if you would like to book the hall or have any questions please give me a call or drop me a line.

I have been the Artsreach promoter for Drimpton for six years, bringing rural touring theatre to the village. As events coordinator, I'm always open to new ideas for village events. If you'd like to organize something or need help, please get in touch.

Representing Bowls Club and St Mary's Church, also I have arranged sound, sound effects and music for plays and pantomimes etc.​​​​

Joyce joined the Hall committee in 2024 and represents the Drimpton & District Gardening Club. She also runs the bar at Film Club & likes to help out at events in whatever way she can.
