Valentine’s Afternoon Tea - report

What a wonderful time was had by all at the Valentines afternoon tea. It was sold out and enabled us to raise £275 for the British Heart Foundation. Everybody enjoyed the selection of treats provided and presented on the lovely cake stands that the villagers provided. Also to Clapton village hall for the really pretty crockery they lent us which helped to make the hall look really special. Each lady also went home with a hand made rose. The biggest thank you goes to all the help provided by Ann, Helly, Mel, Tess and Jackie as well as Jane, Kay, Norman, John, Tom and Paul. Well done!!
